1. Connect to Internet
2. Open TSS to MAIN menu and be sure all other computers are all completely out of the TSS program
3. Click the 'TSS Start' button on the button, left of the MAIN menu
4. Select 'TSSHelp.com' selection
5. Select 'Downloads' towards button left of screen
6. Select 'Manufacturer's Inventory'
7. Select the BRAND/MAKE you desire within the dropdown box (time loading depends on Internet speed and size of file)
8. Select the 'year' of the BRAND/MAKE you desire at the 'choose year' dropdown box (time loading depends on Internet speed and size of file)
9. After a pause (time loading depends on Internet speed and size of file), a PREVIEW button to view available product, prior to downloading
10. If you desire download, select the Download Product Inventory link to obtain inventory
Please note:
a. ONLY 'models' that are displayed within the PREVIEW are currently available - additional models are updated periodically
b. Any 'models' that already exist in the TSS, already, the system will prompt a variety of choices for the user to 'update', 'update all', 'skip', 'skip all', etc. The download looks for an EXACT match of the product's MODEL number to determine this.
c. The download contains, in most cases, the product's MAKE, MODEL, DESCRIPTION, and MSRP. The user would then complete all remaining and/or desired fields that are personal to that user.
