And then I would go on to tell about the 'Referred By' feature and how I use it, that was in 1995, when the war broke out in Iraq and I saw our troops with all their night vision equipment and the enemy with none. Well, the rest is history. Now there are so many sections that I could not do without on a daily basis in which coming to work without TSS would be like going to battle at night without night vision equipment. I would just as soon come to work without my brain or maybe even my pants. In either case, you must agree, I would not be in the current top form I am in and I would not be able to compete in this competitive world, that gets more competitive each and every day." Mona recalls “After converting to TSS from our old operating system, I was overwhelmed at what TSS could do.” For our stores, inventory is the most widely used, since we transfer a lot of products between stores. It is nice to be able to keep track of serial numbers and product. We use the monthly reports for inventory control and re-order guidelines. This helps us to maintain SKU's that are fastsellers while keeping inventory low on the slow movers. Our installers use the Maid throughout the day as it contains an abundance of helpful info. It allows us to print a professional reference guide for our do-it yourself customers. Despite experiencing some growing pains, InstallerNet has always had excellent, friendly and knowledgeable support. We think of the MT help desk as part of the Auto Illusions extended family. Coz recalls "I began using TSS in 1993 after opening a car audio store. We used and benefited from all of the functions the program had to offer. Six years later I turned a new leaf and began doing Dish satellite sales and installations. First I dealt with Manny on an issue I was having in TSS, we were at a stand still most of the day with database issues. Manny was great and stayed on the phone with me for HOURS until unfortunately we were disconnected. I called back and got John and I tell you he is a trooper. We were on the phone until at least 8:00 EST and he was great. Very patient and professional and he fixed our issue.
