Timothy Armstrong - Chief Technologies Officer

Mr. Armstrong serves as the Director of Software Development, he is responsible for the development of the company’s next generation of software products. Mr. Armstrong started with the company in 1993 as a support technician and in 1998 became the senior developer of the TSS2000 software release. Mr. Armstrong was also a Mobile Electronics Certified Professional installation technician (1990-1993) and has worked in the industry for more than 13 years. Mr. Armstrong also worked as senior software developer at InstallerNet (2000-2002) maintaining the TSS enhancements.

 

Nathanial Woolls - Director of Software Technology

Responsible for overseeing and participating in the development and maintenance of desktop software and web services.

 

Matt Eaton - Senior Software Developer

Matt is a key behind-the-scenes technical support associate for Second level, and special case customer technical support for the TSS point of sales software package. He also provides direct support to the development, setup, and support of BackOffice, a TSS add-on product for automating file backup and communicating among different store locations. Matt's experience includes database support utilities, custom data processing, and maintenance and customization of the associated reports.

 

Jonathan Sullivan - Senior Support Specialist

Jonathan Sullivan, continues with the Help Desk tradition of “resolution through caring and knowledge”. Jonathan is a veteran of the IT Technical World dealing with all aspects of networking, hardware and software within today’s leading businesses. With a team player and leader like Jonathan on our side, he’ll make every effort to help get your business where it needs to go in a timely professional manner.

 

Nelson Neves - Support Specialist

The newest member of the help desk team, Nelson is already providing valuable service to our customers. His friendly, courteous attitude toward helping our callers has proven to be the right fit for the customer service team.
